Power Look To Continue Arena Dominance In the Big Easy

The AFL can do all they want to try and stop the Power from winning, but not even scheduling a road game on a Monday can stop us.

The rest of the Arena Football League is probably thinking "Alright finally the Pittsburgh Power are going to slip up and lose a game. There's too much going against them tonight for them to win their 10th straight game."

Let's look at the facts:

1. Monday's suck, nobody wants to go to work on them, especially after the July 4th weekend. Scheduling a game on this Monday is just cruel and unusual.

2. The Power probably spent the holiday weekend in one of the greatest party spots in the world and you can bet they held nothing back. Alcohol, strippers, fireworks, Bourbon Street, there's no way that Tommy Grady and the Power weren't getting absolutely obliterated and taking advantage of everything New Orleans has to offer. Fast-forward to Monday and it's time to play some football with one of the year's worst hangovers.

3. With the bye week coming up, the players are probably overlooking a very bad two-win New Orleans team. In the eyes of the AFL, this has all the makings of a major upset.

What the rest of the league is forgetting about is the guy who leads the Power. Ron James. If this man doesn't win Coach of the Year, it will be a travesty of epic proportions. The man has not lost a game and he will not let his first loss come to these clowns.

Catch the game on ESPN3 at 8:30. #PowerUp
